Why not take me back to the 80's? Looks like designers are picking up reference from what is now..30 years ago? Neon was never my thing, although neither was cheetah, but hey looks like we finally do start to explore away from jeans and t shirts. K well I lied. Not today... running around town calls for shoulder pads? no. riveting fanny packs? negative. neon kicks....yessir. I'm thinking a little DIY action is soon to come with these bad boys, but paired with the never forgotten high waisted short and plain white tee has comfortably got me through the day of scrambling around town. And on the note of high waisted shorts: I was recently asked where to find a solid pair and after wearing my free people cut offs til the end, I spotted these light washed replacements in Forever21. Lucky me..they fit like a glove. With that said...shout out to Forever21, Nasty Gal, Free people, Urban Outfitters, and Brandy Melville for steppin' it up in the short shorts department.
