But now its Monday and it's one of those start your week off right kind of Mondays. I think this has been my day to vent or preach...whichever, but you'd be surprised how much free thinking time I've been enduring over the weekend. This thinking, oh and cupcake time, seem to results in a post of me telling you what you probably already know, but reassuring you that well, you're not alone.

Do you ever notice how often people will try to scope out the negative in a person or how no matter what you do there is always someone who will find something to poke at your for? Despite a persons success or positive attitude, there is no doubt that they will come across the pessimist, jealous or overall negative person. Whether you are the nicest person in the world, to some you are too nice and you must be fake. If you are running a multimillion dollar company, there will be those who think you cheated to get there or the ones who think you are selfish and stuck up with all the money you may have. I have had my fair share of encounters with those who find the need to judge or assume I'm someone I'm not and for a long time I let those things get to me - I let what they say get in my head, I focused on the negative they were pointing out and lost all sight of any good I had accomplished. I had become my biggest road block in life and all due to getting sucked in to what other people thought. I've realized that if we let what people are saying about us affect our work,it will be a long and unpleasant road to the hopes and dreams we aspire.

One of my best friends and I took a drive to La Jolla for a cupcake getaway and she shared with me some of the similar problems she was facing. All I have to say is that we are all faced with people who will twist your words and makeyou look like someone you're not. Sad to say, but there will always behaters.

Surround yourself with people who are going to be uplifting and motivating in every aspect ofyour life because there those people out there! Whether you are failing miserably or have all the success in the world, keep the people who support you closest because the ones who never have anything good to say, simply aren't worth it.

And when people are annoying...go get a cupcake. That was a whole lot of me trying to be deep and insightful, but hey told you I had a lot of thinking time this weekend. Now on a lighter note:
